Hi, I'm Caty and the owner of Serenity Massage & Beauty
My journey into beauty therapy started with two years of study after which I qualified with a Higher National Diploma in Beauty Therapy. During this time, I worked in the spa industry where I trained with Elemis and Dermalogica.
My goal is to provide the best quality treatments in a serene and relaxing environment. I want you to leave your treatment feeling your best self. I look forward to meeting you!

Alternatively, if you have a gift voucher please contact me via 07906343829, email at serenitybeautylarbert@gmail.com or drop me a message on Facebook messenger to book your appointment. I kindly ask that you give me at least 12 hours notice for all appointments.
Payments
When you book your appointment, card details are required to secure your booking. No deposit will be taken, this is just in the event of late cancellations or no shows. Full payment will then be taken during your appointment. I accept card/contactless (preferred), cash and gift vouchers.
Please ensure that if paying by gift voucher that it is within the 12 month validity period which will be indicated on the voucher.
Cancellations
I kindly ask that you give at least 48 hours notice should you need to cancel or re-schedule your appointment. This can be done by either contacting me on 07906343829 or via the booking app

Cancellations are free up to 48 hours before your appointment after which you will be charged 50%. If you do not show up for your appointment you will be charged the full amount.
Useful Info
Clients must be at least 18 years of age at time of booking. Proof of age may be requested at your appointment. For your appointment, it is advisable to wear warm layers and cosy socks as following a massage or heat treatment, you may feel chilly. Parking is available in front of my studio which you are welcome to use. I kindly ask that you arrive promptly for you appointment so that you can enjoy the full experience of your chosen treatment, however if you are running a bit late I will do my very best to accomodate this.
