Service Description
Indulge in a moment of self-care with a bikini wax that leaves your skin feeling smooth and clean. Removes the hair outside the panty line. USEFUL INFO: Waxing is recommended every 4 weeks to align with the natural hair growth cycle although some people with faster hair growth may require waxing every 2 - 3 weeks. To maintain the best results, avoid shaving between waxes as this disrupts the hair growth cycle. Exfoliation is recommended 2-3 times per week starting 3 days after your waxing appointment to remove dead skin and prevent ingrown hairs.
Cancellation Policy
Booking can be made via my booking link: https://www.fresha.com/book-now/serenity-massage-beauty-iis3uo15/all-offer?share=true&pId=2803165 I will try my best to accommodate last minute bookings, however I kindly ask that you give me at least 12 hours notice. Appointments can be made up to 3 months in advance. AGE RESTRICTIONS: Clients must be aged 18 or over. Please note that you may be asked for proof of age at your appointment. PAYMENT: When you book your appointment, Fresha (my booking system) will ask you for card details to secure your booking. This is in the event of late cancellations or no shows. Full payment will be taken during your appointment. I accept both card/contactless, cash and gift vouchers. Please ensure that your gift voucher is within the 12 month validation period before booking. CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, this is completely free until 48 hours before your appointment after which you will be charged a 50% late cancellation fee. Should you fail to attend your appointment without giving any notice you will be charged the full amount of your treatment, which is non refundable. APPOINTMENT INFO: I advise clients to wear something comfortable and warm to your appointment that is easy to remove. Light, loose layers and joggers are ideal. Hydration is really important in the hours after your treatment. You will be offered water or herbal tea so please hydrate afterwards. Any other information with regards to aftercare will be shared with you depending on the treatment that you have had. Parking is available to use at the front of my studio.
